LOKMI GARDEN is a ~7 Acre, “Breath-Giving” wellness oasis, overlooking citrus trees, oaks trees and 200 beautiful avocado trees! We are located in Pauma Valley, in the north east mountains of San Diego, California.

Away from the city hustle, Lokmi Garden is nestled in the “Banana Belt”, just below Palomar Mountain.
Lokmi is pronounced, “Lock-my”; meaning,” flower” in the native language of Laos.

GUIDED MEDITATION & energy clearing
Meditation is now on the forefront of mental health. In the past, this simple and powerful practice was placed under “eastern” philosophy and was overlooked as a buddhist only category.
UCLA Dept of Neurology (Laboratory of Neuro Imaging - Dr. Eileen Luders) found that people who practice meditation show larger gray-matter volumes in emotion-related regions, enhanced connectivity, greater cortical folding, and slower age-related gray-matter loss among long-term practitioners.
For new learners, guided meditation is a key component to a successful start or great for someone who wants that extra encouragement. Like a first time gym member who would need that trainer-client support and relationship in the beginning of their training.
Guided meditation can help in the same way. With consistent practice, guided/meditation can help heal trauma, lessen physical pain, calm the body and mind to reduce stress and anxiety.
Meditation can also clear blocked energy, raise your frequency, release toxic energy (that’s not yours), and will open your heart to living in the present moment.
